OPEN POSITION - RN/LPN

Immediate full time position with benefits in our Wells River office, five 8-hour days, Monday-Friday. Prior experience in primary care, pediatrics and electronic health record preferred. Strong computer skills required.

Excellent nursing and interpersonal skills required. Duties include but not limited to patient flow, phone triage, phlebotomy, patient education and assisting with procedures. Ability to work well as part of a team and ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment is an absolute requirement.

PER DIEM - EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNTIES

There is no guarantee of hours. Hours available would be to cover regular staff absences and vacations. Advance notice planned as much as possible but sometimes short notice is necessary.

Patient Services Representative:
General duties include but not limited to answering multi-line telephone system, scheduling patient appointments in computerized system, check in/out patients, collect patient co-pays, preparing schedules, filing, timely processing of paperwork.

Health Information Management Clerk
General duties include but not limited to pulling and filing of patient charts, filing correspondence, re-organization of and preparing patient charts, photocopying and forwarding of medical information.

Other requirements for both positions are: Medical office experience and medical terminology preferred, 1-2 years general office experience required, strong computer skills, excellent written and telephone communication skills and ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment.
