Little River's Sliding Fee Scale
Little Rivers Health Care, Inc. offers a Sliding Fee Scale. The scale is based upon federal poverty guidelines and takes into account family size and annual income. Each year these guidelines change.
The scale accommodates all family sizes and incomes.
Depending upon your own individual family and income situation, you may be eligible for the LRHC Sliding Fee Scale. Please call your provider's office and ask to speak with the Care Coordinator to determine your eligibility. Our telephone numbers are listed on the left. Your conversation will be confidential.
