Marlene graduated from Bridgeport Hospital School of Nursing and Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. She then worked as a Cardiothoracic operating room nurse for 13 years in Connecticut and at DHMC. She then obtained her master's degree from the University of Vermont and began practicing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Marlene is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong interest in Medication for Opiod Use Disorder (MOUD) treatment. She is committed to improving patient outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based care. In her free time you are likely to run into her on one of the many hiking trails in New England.
