Monica is bilingual in Spanish and English and holds a Master of Arts in Counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health from Vermont State University.


Monica uses a client-centered, strengths-based, and humanistic approach to therapy, integrating Motivational Interviewing (MI), a holistic perspective, and mindfulness practices to support each client's unique goals and well-being.


Monica has worked as a Community Health Worker with diverse multicultural populations and is committed to providing culturally responsive care. Her background includes helping individuals navigate healthcare systems, access community resources, and address barriers to care, which continues to inform her holistic approach to treatment. Monica enjoys working with adults ages 18 to 80. Her goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
