Thus, a transition to Little Rivers Health Care. At Little Rivers Health Care, Stacy is currently providing individual counseling services at the Wells River and Newbury Clinics, as well as in the home setting for patients enrolled in the Chronic Care Management Program. In both roles, Stacy meets with clients or patients, provides supportive counseling, a safe space to be their authentic selves and walks with them through various trials of life. Stacy carries an eclectic therapeutic toolbox with regards to her counseling approach: meeting the clients where they are at is at the forefront of every session. Stacy leans into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Strengths Based Approach. She is an LICSW in VT and NH.
